Downtown Stuart's surfer-owned original, and the home of one of our OG Flow Jams. Over a decade of kava culture lives in these walls, and the regulars treat each other like family by name. Once a month we turn this little corner of downtown into a fire-lit gathering. Low pressure, high energy, the kind of night where a first-timer leaves with a new prop in their hands and three new friends in their phone. Miss it and you're waiting four weeks.

Flow arts might look like simple circles and spinning from the outside, but underneath, it’s working on mind, body, spirit, community, and confidence all at once—through movement, self expression, and a whole lot of play.

Every jam has a soundtrack — expect bass, beats, and rhythm that moves you.
Props available — we bring poi, hoops, staffs, and LED props. Try something new. No skill required.
Fire performances — watch professional fire spinning up close, or sign our waiver and give it a try yourself!
Welcoming community — regulars and newcomers mix freely. Come alone or bring friends. You'll leave with more.
