Here’s what we do!

(@gospreadtheflow) We curate super fun and engaging 4 hour events based on all the benefits of community and the “Flow Arts,” hosting workshops, teaching people of all ages how to juggle, spin, poi, hoop, staff, LED’s, and much more!! No worries, we bring everything! The music, a large variety of day/LED/fire props, instructors, and good, safe fun! We also host an open fire circle after we have a mandatory fire safety meeting, teaching patrons all of the do’s, dont’s, and in-between’s of safely using fire props and plating the part of being the safety person for fire spinners. Our instructors are fire safety certified through FAI, and our practices exceed local safety standards.
